Why Can't I Change My Campaign to Track All Subdomains?

In my "site basics" settings in campaign settings, the only thing that is editable is the title of the campaign and the page crawl limit.

Why can't I switch to the radio button for "include all sites on this subdomain"?

Whether or not to exclude subdomains can only be set up when creating the campaign. After that, you're locked out those choices. As far as I know, you'll need to create a new campaign for your root domain and then leave "exclude subdomains" unchecked.

Hey Scott,

I just wanted to chime in and make reinforce what Mike said. At this time you cannot change the scope the campaign crawl.

That is something we're hoping to introduce in the future (hence the buttons), but at this time it's just a notification.
