trust on this one but I encourage you if you have the slightest doubt and it is wise to get a 2nd opinion. But I do know that currently Google will give a penalty to a www. and not to another subdomain that means they're treated differently. Not to mention the fact that all of the incoming links are split if you're in a get any going to one part they're not going to go to the other. The video was old please start a new question saying I have a brand-new site I would like anyone's opinion on this.

many times people have these issues when their site is a year or two old, and they have hundreds or thousands of links pointing at it. So it's always nice to speak to somebody when their site is brand-new and has the freedom to make changes before they're would be traffic loss or other things like that.

thx. Since all my FAQ are answering relevant real estate questions (and none of my FAQ answers general questions such as "I lost my password, what to do?") I feel they belong both in FAQ and on blog.
Let me clarify: what is issue in placing a "no index no follow" on the FAQ section and instead uploading 1 by 1 to the blog? I still don't see this? Each blog would include a video where I share answer to an FAQ and below video would be the written data which currently is on the FAQ section. Let us assume Google can look through by collapsable structure on FAQ section, which I am 99% sure they can (Google just hasn't indexed that page since I uploaded the data).

Google will only give you credit for the content in your FAQ once that's it after that it's not worth anything to Google. I noticed you are already using Wistia, and I would suggest using "speech pad" to have your Wistia videos become even more viable by pasting the content spoken about in the video below the video.

I want to say that I think you should 301 redirect just because if you're blog has been indexed by Google it will be a hard 404 meaning it will show up in your Webmaster tools, and it only makes sense 301 redirect the old link to your new link. It will not take away from the value in any way it will only add to it. And if you keep track of your links which you should do then you can set up the redirects very easily.

I am the architect behind my site's layout and creative ideas of what should be on the site. I am slowly learning the SEO…..step by step, but the technical stuff is tough on me. - I will keep growing FAQ in its current format. On my Blog I will make a Wistia video out of the FAQ and from the FAQ I will link to the Blog Video matching the FAQ.
- "Speech Pad" is there a tool which automatically gives me the content spoken accurately or how does it work?

I would not continue to grow what's going to be duplicate content it would be much better if you simply answered the questions with the video and transcription via blog. So I have a question I go to your FAQ which stays in the same place it is now instead of clicking the question and having the answer popped down it takes me to the video/text answer on your blog. If you do not do it this way you will build up way too much duplicate content and your FAQ will work just fine by being a link to your blog ( interlinking to relevant content adds a lot of power to your site) if you are going to continue adding to the FAQ it should just be links to the answers on the blog.

Especially the deaf a group that is left out of a lot of websites using video unfortunately but remember Google wants you to have an accessible site for everyone so if it's handicapped accessible it's not only good for and user it's also great for you because of the text it creates and the proof that you are trying to make the end-user experience the best you can.

Interlinking is a fantastic method of getting link juice to flow through your entire site and helping users navigate your site more easily. It's a win-win

I would make it more conspicuous because you want readers to be able to understand what's going on. I would not have known personally that page had a read more because of its placement it's very small, and it's on the top right most "read more" links are at the bottom of a page and you easily find them because when you're done reading you click read more. I would restructure that or make the link into a button that is much more conspicuous

sorry to have to tell you this really quickly your using Wistia and not using its SEO/ super embeds therefore your not allowing Google to see that you have a video therefore no ranking for videos in Google you need to go into to Wistia and go into the embed choice choose SEO embed and place that where you have an i frame something that cannot be read by Google
