I would say Canvas theme. Very clean Look and Customizable Theme.

I'm very fond of Striker (Responsive in my case). Affordable, highly customizable and great support by the developing company.

I noticed in the latest Yoast newsletter that they are releasing themes in February. I'm a big fan of the Yoast SEO pluggin so his themes might be something to look into as well. No doubt, they will be seo focused.
