Social Media Tool

Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to find a tool that allows me to post to twitter, facebook and google+ at the sametime.

Does anyone have a recommendation?

Not tried it though as I prefer to post to each independently so that the content is tailored.

or Tweet deck

HootSuite is a helpful platform but can struggle to connect with Facebook. Buffer is another great option but as far as Google+ goes, will only post to pages and not yet profiles.
