Why is my timeframe not adjustable in moz analytics?

My timeframe has been stuck in the first week I started moz analytics so I don't get to see any data about my site.

If I'm understanding the question correctly, then this seems to be my issue as well. I started two Moz campaigns three weeks ago, but my Dashboard data only has historical information for the first week. I'm unable to see any other timeframes (timeframe dropdown only has the first week available). Is there a delay involved, or is something up with my data?
