How do I find people who shared/tweeted certain content?
-
I'm analysing my clients competitor's content and want to find out exactly who retweeted/shared/liked/+1'd certain content. OSE gives me the totals but how do I go about finding the exact people?

For Twitter you could use retweetrank. So for example: http://www.retweetrank.com/randfish/
I'm not sure you can do the same with Facebook or ther other social networks.

Thanks Peter, but do you know of a tool that will let me search a URL to see all the tweets that include that URL?
Hope that made sense

Hi, yes, you just need to run the query against Twitter's own search tool which you can type in on their site or by creating a URL to do the following example which is for the bbc.co.uk URL.
https://twitter.com/search?q=bbc.co.uk

You can use http://topsy.com/ for twitter also or on pinterest use pinterest.com/source/site.com and search them or use google image search if its an infographic or image being shared.
