Report Ranking KeyWord?

where he finished the report of ranking keywords for the period before July  2013?

Thanks for writing in!  This is Peter from the Moz Help team.  I tried looking into your issue but I had a hard time understanding the exact nature of the question  Are you mentioning you received your historical keyword report but was not able to find your keyword rankings before July 2013?  If so, could you clarify a few things for me?

• When was the campaign for that report created?
• When were those keywords added to the campaign?

This is important because our tool will only collect the information that you point us, which means that prior to the campaigns set up or anytime the campaign was archive or deactivated, or machines will not collect that information to have it show up in the historical report.

You understand well, the campaign was created in 2011, and has never been suspended. But the historian of the ranking of keywords only up to July 2013.
