Duplicate Content

I have a TLD .com and 3 microsites in different regions with the specific ccTLDs. The structure is the same and most of the content is the same. Does Google regard this as duplicate content?

As a general rule , if the content is the same then it most likely is duplicate. Might be worth plugging the site url in to copyscape to see how similar they are.

Also You usually get a warning in GWT if Google sees your content as duplicate .

Yes, Google does have issue selecting the best version of pages from all of these three domain pages. My advice you should re-write the copied !
