Has anyone dealt with an account being canceled and how to get campaigns back?

Hello,

Last Sunday my bank was down from Midnight until 5am for a scheduled systems upgrade.  I guess that is when MOZ billed because I got a notice from them Monday morning about it and first thing on Tuesday I got my invoice paid receipt.

Now I log into my account and all of my campaigns are gone.  No where to be found.  I do hope there is an automated way to get them back as I love this tool but we are growing rapidly and if they have to be hand built anytime a fluke happens.....  what are you to do when you have 100 accounts?  Just close down shop for a week and redo it?  I only 5 now but even that is too much work to do for absolutely no good reason at all.

I was under the impression this was a business level service.  This is a pay-as-you-go because you do not have any credit type of policy.  Then to have the accounts all missing?  Is it going to be another week wait to get account accesses again?

Really bummed if so because I will have no choice but to find a more reliable alternative.  Please help if anyone knows how to get the data and accounts back.

You should contact help@moz.com, They can help in technical side. I remember when my credit card expired and I wans't able to log into moz, but I didn't lose all my campaign information.

As far as I remember, Moz takes them into Archive for a few months. So when you try to add the campaign again it probably takes it out Archive.

Hi David,

It would be standard for your campaign information to be archived when the account is suspended.

Just go to your campaigns dashboard and click the Archived tab.

Then restore each campaign and you are on your way again, no problem

If you have any more problems with it and can't restore them as normal, just go to the help hub and submit a ticket to send your request for help straight to the Moz help team.

I had not even logged in for a bit.  I did not want to know the answer, LOL.  I am glad it was so simple.

Of course we often provide the hosting as well I cannot imagine just shutting off a customer account because the 3am Sunday morning credit card did not process.  There really should be a point of membership time where enough value has been received to give a few days grace.  This whole deal cost more in the way of scheduling issues.  We broke out the old spiders and did some site crawling of our own.

Found some stuff that was being missed so it was a good thing all in all.  Roger is out of the dog house.    Thanks Sha!!
