Hi Phil,

If the site was launched relatively recently then you may be seeing the honeymoon period google seems to sometimes give to new sites wear off. I would concentrate on getting a few more relevant local links where possible and be patient to see where the rankings seem to stabilise at. One thing I notice is you have a typo on your schema data for the country see here: http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bushandnoble.com%2F&html=

Unlikely to be the sole cause of rankings movement (both up and down) but good to be clear that the firm is based in the UAE.
