Crawl delay

Hi everyone,
Normally our crawl reports are done and with us by now. We have been making a lot of changes to the on-page issues of our web site to improve SEO on-page optimisations. Still a lot to do but just wondered if the volume of changes are being taken into account with the delay in the full crawl data coming back?
If this is in the FAQs anywhere sorry in advance, hope someone can help.

We've had a delay in crawls for a subset of users. I'm asking the help desk to come and give a few more details, but this one is likely our fault, and is being worked on right now.

As Keri mentioned we were experiencing crawl delays for the last week which should be cleared up as of today. I do see a crawl completed for your campaign last night on the 5th.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and if you notice issues with the next crawl (June 11th) definitely reach out to us!

Hi there,
We're seeing delays on updates to rankings, reports, etc - several of ours still at 06/06/13
Is there something we need to do to initiate an update or just a case of being more patient

The issue Is a little time critical as Moz is a new system for us and is being demonstrated to clients
The account I've set up with the screen name "Torre_1" is also similarly affected

Hi Peter,
I took a look at your campaigns and only saw the last linkscape update occurring on the 6th which is correct as we are due another update very soon. Your crawl diagnostics and keyword rankings are also on schedule. This would also apply to the campaigns you have setup for Torre_1.
