1. grab your links here on OSE

2. grab your webmaster tool links

3. if you have majestic seo, then grab them there as well

4. that should be enough, so compile them and remove duplicates

5. By now, you will probably know that you over used your anchor text or if you got links on bad sites or a combination. Segment them by keyword, especially with the saturated one. If it's a good link, try to change the anchor text to a longer one or a brand or a combination.

PS. Try to know what kind of link service you got first and what links they got for you and start with that instead.

I got hit also - But shot my rankings back up again by doing some really nice organic SEO.

1. Create a few blogs on Wordpress

2. Blog an article a week on each one, put some nice, but not over optimised anchor text into the post

3. Write articles that are engaging and you can share on facebook and twitter etc.

4. Do this for 3-4 weeks.

I did this, writing 100% unique articles on each blog and saw a real climb back up the SERPS after Penguin 2.0

No, no,
I mean create a couple blogs that aren't anything to do with your site. Off-site blogs, then create some nice content that is relavent to your keywords

btw, your site is over saturated with keywords as well, might want to work on that.

identify your penalty and dont just listen to someone that says it's "penguin"
