I've always had the habit of logging into a proxy and checking my main SERPs.

1. Arrive at office
2. Grab a coffee
3. Check SERPs
4. Check Email
5. Check Analytics

Before even getting to the office or getting a coffee emails are checked first with me.

2. On the bus ride in I check SEOmoz Twitter account & respond to emails as I can

3. COFFEE

4. Jump into SEOmoz Twitter account

5. Moz Facebook

6. Moz Google+

7. Email

8. Rinse and repeat
