What is a harmful Domain Authority score for Inbound links?

I wouldn't focus on the da of inbound links. I would focus on if they are contextual relevant and earned. If they look spammy--avoid.

For example:

1. directory.flashnewz.com => Looks spammy to me
2. austin.rjabankruptcy.com => Looks better
