I know little bit how to rank but now a days google changes their algorithmic ,even i have tired some techniques like guest posting,link wheel  but no result .  Do you have any idea about it .

It is more difficult now to rank high than ever before (especially for new sites).

A few suggestions to start:

ON-PAGE (get all your on-page seo in order)
1.) Focus on Long-Tails
2.) Optimize your landing pages for those Long-Tails
3.) Provide unique, informational and valuable content on those pages

OFF-PAGE
1.) Syndicate new content to contextual relevant sites. Look up the name of your products in Google and look at the serps for possibilities placing content on these sites leading to your landing pages.

So much more to do--but it's a start!
