1. Find your target keywords for each website
2. Make sure that each page mentions that keyword 4 to 10 times
3. Make sure that ALL of your image's alt tags have your keywords in them.
4. Make sure your websites all are using 1 H1 tag with your keyword
5. Put some of your keywords in bold. (not all. Just a few)

Don't overstuff your pages with keywords. Google hates this. Use some of the SEOMoz tools like "On Page Report Card" to make sure each page get's an A+. That will def help!

You need to get creative. Use dynamic content. It may be harder for coupon sites but the best one's manage to make it happen. If you can't get 4-10, try to get at least a couple.
