Live sales chat software recommendations?

Hi,

I would be grateful for any help.  Does anyone have any experience of or recommendations for Live Sales Chat software that will integrate with analytics and crm software?

You may want to check out these three that I short-listed a while back, I carried out some research and gathered thoughts and recommendations and these were the three that I liked the sound of and am due to test out.

We also use Woopra for our real time analytics solution and they also have a live chat feature and allow you to initiate a chat with any visitor on your website too by the way.

After some research, we installed and love Zopim. It tracks how long a visitor's been on site, what page they're on, and localizes their ip. Plus it has a customizable shortcut response feature, that lets you customize 2 or 3 letter keystrokes to insert strings of text like an opening greeting "Hey this is Daniel, I'm a real person and love questions - just in case you have any?" or standard answer to common questions, etc. Plus Zopim's customer support was awesome, responsive, very helpful and always available.

I too can vouch for the Zopim service. I use it on a number of retail websites and have never had a problem at all.

I have never used the free version, but we use the first $10/month option and it hasn't missed a beat. The analytics are pretty useful too, and were an added bonus.

Plus, I just noticed they're rolling out a new dashboard (preview in beta). I took a look at the preview and the visitor activity visualization looks like it'll be pretty awesome.

We use SightMax.com. It has terrific features and fabulous analytic reporting.

James77: If you have a moment, would you mind to follow up on this post?  My interest is primarily live chat, as we have a CRM solution in place.  I'm wondering what you tried, liked, disliked and settled on?

I'd add a thumbs up for Zopim too. Been looking for a live chat system and although I found Click Desk to be really clean and simple and with a help desk too. However in the end I preferred the fact that Zopim has an "operator is typing" notification which I personally think is important so that you know there is actually some life at the other end of the chat!

Would also concur that their customer support is spot on too.
