Why has my website dropped 20 places

Hi, a bit shocked this morning as my website http://www.in2town.co.uk/ has dropped around 20 places in google.

Does anyone know why this has happened. The site is updated all day long so not sure what is going on here

any help and advice would be great

I don't know why this morning, but here are some tips:

1. Use canonical tags on every page

2. use htaccess to 301 non www to www

3. Use microdata (schema.org)

4. Use OG and Twitter Card tags

5. Use Google + autro tagging

6. Use Google news tags

thank you for this. would love for you to explain about number 1, i have heard a lot about this but not sure if i am using it correctly, could you go into more about this please.

also what is microdata and og and twiter card tags and autro tagging, feel a bit out of the loop here
