How to find competitors keywords to run campaign

I am about to run google adwords campaign and I want to find competitors keywords that bring targetted traffic to them.

I simply want to run adwords at cheapest costs and still want good traffic. Please provide me tips on how I can know what keywords my competitors are targetting that is driving sales.

I read about several keyword spy tools on internet but though to ask seomoz community.

Also please let me know suggestions on how to run successful adwords campaign.

I want to run campaign for this website which deals with independent sales reps. So the keyword will be related to "independent sales representatives" who help new businesses grow by making sales and earn money only when they make sales.
