k as i see these urls are created probably by a plugin which is for your mobile browsing.

About your title, well yes it is very long, u can shorten your title a bit in your all in one seo plugin. too many keywords in title as i see

You are running either WordPress Mobile Edition or mobilepress and that is causing this issue.  It is being indexed by Google.  Here is one person that found the solution.  I doubt that is actually hurting your rankings but I've never done an extensive study on that.

Some of the other errors that don't have the "?ak_action" is another part of your archives.  Wordpress SEO Plugin has an option to "noindex, follow" these pages so that Google will focus on the content of the site over the archives.  It will also kill these errors.

All-in-one SEO plugin doesn't have a setting to "noindex, follow" the paginated pages.

You could add this to header.php

Or you could change SEO plugins to Wordpress SEO by Yoast. That has a feature to allow you to do it in the admin panel.

You may want to consider consulting with someone who is an expert in Wordpress who can properly configure your site, and can help explain how Wordpress automatically generates some of its URLs, which ones should be excluding from indexing, and so on. The money spent could save you a lot of time in figuring out what is going on.
