http://p3consulting.com/ already exists, so #3 is not an option (you would be working for them)

#2 has a USP in it, what would you do when you want to change it? However, you might want to register it and use it as a "brand" or secondary/specific website.

#1 and #4 are not bad, but they are a bit long.

As you will probably need the word "consulting" in your future SEO actions, I guess #4 is the best.

My Order

1. P3-Consulting.com (Simple and easy to remember)

2. PerformWithP3.com (It has an action in the title which I like)

3. P3ConsultingSolutions.com ( a little long but also easy to remember) (think about grabbing p3consultingSERVICES.com too)

4. PeopleForAChange.com (sounds too much like a nonprofit but it is rememberable)

Do not choose the others because:
#1 and #2 contain articles (for, a, with)
#3 contains a hyphen
