Supplementary Index

Hi - Is there a way of checking whether pages are in the supplementary index?
Thanks

Hi Blaine,
The best way to check (that I know of) is to run the following queries in Google.
**1. **To find the total number of pages indexed by Google for your site, search:
**site:www.yoursite.com **
Make a note of the number of results at the top of the page as Results 1
2. To find the total number of pages from your site included in Google's main index, search:
site:www.yoursite.com -inallurl:www.yoursite.com
Make a note of the number of results at the top of the page as Results2
3. Subtract Results2 (Pages in Main Index) from Results1(All Pages Indexed) to find the number of pages in the Supplemental Index.
Results1 - Results2 = Pages in Supplemental Index
Hope this helps and here's hoping for a big fat ZERO.
Thanks,
Anthony

Hi Anthony - thanks. I wasn't aware of the inallurl command. I'll give that a try.
