Agencies; what do you pay your sales reps?

Not sure if anyone cares to share, but we are growing and quickly finding the challenges of what to pay sales people to get quality staff but still give them incentive to work hard.

We've been working on a salaried position of $1500 per month with a tiered on going commission from 15%-25% of monthly revenue depending on their volume.

However some people already in the biz demand quite a bit more salary.

Any thoughts would be welcome!

Happy to share, but I don't think it will help much. We don't employ sales people, so $0.

Just because you missed the message, it doesn't mean I had nothing to share. I'm more than happy to share that you can run an agency without employing sales people.

Incidentally, I probably wouldn't have got mozpoints for that anyway. I'm a fairly frequent poster and you only get them for the first 20(?) posts a month.
