Diagnostics say I'm missing Page titles... but I am not?

I've been running a crawl of one of our new site builds for a couple of weeks. The Diagnostics picked up a couple of issues, which was great, but it's saying we're missing Page Titles and Descriptions on pages that we have Page Titles and Descriptions. Anyone come across this before?

I don't have exact answer for your question but I have find something that might help you out. I have just your source page in that there are two title and two description tag. See Below :

<title>About Us - The history of the Park - Fota Wildlife Parktitle>

<meta name="<a class="attribute-value">description</a>" content="<a class="attribute-value">Fota Wildlife Park is a joint project between the Zoological Society of Ireland and University College Cork (UCC), an idea conceived in the 1970s.</a>"/>
