Recommendation for international PR company?

Hi,

I am looking for a PR company in RU, DE, UK, AU, FR, SW and ES.

Ideally I would like to work with one agency that has contacts in all my target locations.

We use PRWeb. They have good resources and the article submission is pretty easy. Plus, they have ongoing analytic data to view.

But they only work in US, UK and FR and I need additional locations.

Also, as I am doing this for SEO + bringing quality traffic I am looking for something a bit more than PRWeb.
