Try using a title that is more descriptive, keyword rich and entices people to click through.

e.g Business, Education and Jobs in Pakistan found at Learning All

Try writing a sentence that describes what the page is about with a call to action such as  ' Latest Pakistani Business News, Education and Jobs, join in the conversation today at Learning All'

Your meta description at the moment is just a list of keywords. There is no SEO value in stuffing keywords in your meta description.

In all honesty meta keywords are virtually useless with Google and this will make probably no difference to your ranking.

In fact you are supposed to put a relevant description there. When people see search results they want to see what your web page is about. Keep it within 155 characters if you don't want to get it cut by Google (i.e. they see some text and then "...").

Don't keyword stuff. Quality content which provides value to the user is better than spammy content anyday, and see what competitor descriptions and titles say for an idea. Not suggesting copying them though.
