When Adding content to the site. Should I use the same keyword term on each page or select a secondary keyword to focus on?

I have created a site www.autoinsurancefremontca.com. The index page is SEO for the key term auto insurance fremont ca. I want to add more content on another page of this site. Should I have that page also SEO'd for the same keyword or should I pick another keyword to focus on?

I just moved from Newark, CA (right next door to Fremont) to the Seattle area. This isn't an answer to a question you were asking, but I honestly don't see anything in the home page that makes this look any more related to Fremont CA than Fremont WA. I'd look and more closely examine your first piece of content before adding anything more.
Focus on your customer, and on convincing them that you are a legitimate business and not someone using search and replace and inserting a different city name into each site.

I am a little lost on what you mean by " home page that makes this look any more related to Fremont CA than Fremont WA" I have the address to our location at the bottom of the page. What would you suggest I change on the home page?
Also, I will be adding the google maps Api to my home page to allow people to get driving direction.

You use the exact match keyword phrase "auto insurance Fremont CA" 13 times on your home page and then in your page title. Your content is not really meant for humans.
This doesn't even make sense: "If you are driving the car during commuting hours auto insurance Fremont CA carrier base on the law of large numbers have found you are more susceptible to having a claim."
Keri is right, focus on your customer and not search engines and you will see better results.
I wish you luck, but you need to work on your content before adding more pages to your site.
To answer your question though, I wouldn't continue to use the same keyword term on each page. Each page of a site should have its own focus. Why have two pages for the same keyword phrase? You can provide better results for users by producing one best page.

Keri,
I have made a few more changes to my landing page. Can you please review it again and give me some more feed back.
Thank you

Adding commentary about Niles District and stuff does make it sound more local, and less like it's a virtual office. In general the site still looks a bit spammy and keyword-stuffed.
What more content are you going to add? Is there a reason why you don't want to add the content to your main site, but instead build up this site?

This site has higher rank just due to the domain name compared to my original site. Also, I am using this site as a test to see what works to increase my google ranking.
