Where can i get good yet reasonably priced creative design for adverts and html pages for my site

We have a site which is now starting to perform in Google but i think really lacks the ability to draw people in, particularly our homepage www.towelsrus.co.uk

We need some lovely adverts created and a couple of html page pages to push and get across the message on how people personalise towels & bathrobes. Essentially it's a guide on how to. Plus i want to pull out pricing and options which is buried deep within the site beyond product selection

Any suggestions where i can pick up such a service?
