Hmm, when I go to www.sombras.co.uk, I am seeing an error saying that there is no index file. This could be what is causing the problem.

Otherwise, where is the sitemap located on your server? Did you upload it to www.sombras.co.uk/sitemap.xml?

I use Screaming frog for this http://www.screamingfrog.co.uk/seo-spider/ crawl your site > generate a site map from the menu, call it sitemap.xml and upload it to the root of your website. Log into Webmaster Tools and submit the new sitemap. Job done, hope this helps. Keith
