How do I get my site featured on Google Local?

Assuming you mean a Google Places Listing.

1. Go here:  http://www.google.com/places/
2. Sign in with the Google Account you'd like associated with your place
3. Use the phone # of your location to either find an existing listing (which you can edit and claim) or start a new listing
4. Fill out all the info for your listing
5. Google will ask you to verify, typically by either Phone or Mail.  If it's a brand new listing they may require mail (so they know your address is legit)
6. Follow Google's direction to verify your listing
7. ???
8. Profit

Give them a link to your local listing page and ask them to review you.

It's also important to point out that you should use the same Google account that's associated with your Google+ page.  This way the two can be paired together.
