To be honest, the site looks like it can use some work. It is bland and hard to see what is clickable, and no call to action on those pages.

In your regards to the ranking, those words are highly competitive phrases and ranking on top 10 would be extremely hard. You will have to continue doing some link building and maybe try CPC. But if the site design is not that great and the users will bounce from the page quickly, so could be  a waste of CPC. I would suggest doing a redesign or use a shopping cart like Magento.

Make sure you have conversion tracking to see if your CPC are giving you returns.

Yes, I have the conversion tracking, and doing pretty well for the very small budget I have to work on the site...
