Link on a https page

I have the opportunity to get a link on a https page.I can't see any page rank but it has lots of good links to the http url. How Google will value this link? any study?

look to see if it's indexed in Google. HTTPs pages are often (incorrectly) indexed. If not indexed it has no SEO value other than possibly bringing you some traffic.

Which is something a lot of people never consider when trying to land backlinks.

If your website has backlinks that bring an endless amount of traffic, you can avoid any hiccups due to Google algo changes.
