An open discussion on the "ignored" social bookmarking sites
-
Widgets such as AddThis, ShareThis, Add to Any, SocialTwist, etc. often are set up within pages to include hundreds of social bookmarking/networking sites that don't seem to get much action, if any, from the average user.
Just to open this up for discussion: in the USA, most of us know and use Delicious, Digg, Reddit, Stumbleupon, as well as major social networks (need I list them?) within our social bookmarking activities. Internationally, clearly there might be as much or more interaction with Hi5, Orkut, Friendster, Mixi, Hyves, Skyrock, depending on the nation.
So here's the question: is there a current social bookmarking site or network that you believe should get more attention globally by virtue of the value of the traffic or backlink benefits it provides? Is there a "sleeping giant" or a "poised to pop" network or bookmarking site that you've got your eyes on?

Clearly the most important factor in social bookmarking success is the number of upvotes or shares/re-posts of a link. The more active networks will obviously do better: I only intend to ask if there is one that seems to have a lot of value that isn't making headlines...
