George, I don't think the 301 redirects are going to help you in any way, unless you have a substantial number of backlinks to the 2 extra domains. I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish.

If you haven't promoted the other 2 domains you probably aren't getting much benefit fro them.  However, assuming nothing is in a bad neighborhood, I would recommend keeping the 301 redirects - it won't harm you and could get you a bit of link juice.
