Duplicate Page Content Error

Visit one of the URLs that SEOMoz is flagging up as duplicate and see if it loads. If so then check the referrer (if you download the report into Excel referrer is column AM) and see which page sent the bot there.
That might help give you a better idea of what's gone wrong.
Also, where are you getting 784 indexed pages from? Webmaster Tools or a site: search?

In most cases this dublicate pages do exist. This is something I had to learn. Because I was always thinking "No, that can't be that bad ..." ... and then "Oh hell ...".
Google sorts duplicate stuff out. So the "indexed pages" are not a good indicator for spotting internal dup. content issues.
We got on one of our websites +80% in se-traffic by just sorting the duplicates out and 301 redirecting some external linked dup. pages. So it's worth the effort.
