By "indexing" do you mean pinging them? Listing them? If you can provide some clarity I think you'll be able to get a helpful reply.

Whats the point of getting backlinks that google can't find.  Look for quality backlinks that show up on google webmaster tools

It sounds like he has backlinks on sites that are not indexed. Why are these sites not indexed? There could be a few reasons

            a) brand new site, in that case they won't be passing PR once indexed but you might as well try to get them indexed by adding the URL to googles addurl tool which tells google to spider the site

            b) links are on pages that are blocked from bots or noindex. in that case they are useless for SEO

            c) site was banned from Google. If a site used to be indexed and is not deindexed not by the owner but by Google you want to get your links off of those pages because you could get penalized as a result

I've just built my website about a month ago, and I bought Senuke X to do the link submittion about a week ago. My website is on the 4th page of Google, and all the backlinks that were created by Senuke are not indexed on Google.

Run the URLs through scrapebox to see if they are indexed by google.  If so then maybe you just need to wait for google to index those links. they don't all get indexed on the first crawl... Probably due to the need to analyse the links and find any evidence of pyramids or wheels etc.
