Do you cold call your site visitors?

Wanted to know if anybody out there does this.

Do you go through your analytics reports and attempt to contact people that have visited your website even though they have made no attempt to contact you?

I think the terms of service of Google Analytics is against collecting that level of personal information as well.

I'd feel violated too!
