Client needs a basic page analysis tool

I have a client that I work with that is a real estate business. They aren't in need or don't want to pay for full seo services at this time, but would like to do some basic page analysis and correction to make sure their pages are at least somewhat properly target for their keywords. The SEOMOZ tools that I have access to as a PRO are overkill for their needs.

Do you all know of any basic tools that can just handle something like the page analysis feature of seomoz?

SEOquake has a free keyword density, and SEO analysis add on for Firefox you could try.  Their tool has a well rounded approach that's easy to understand.

If they use Wordpress, Yoast's SEO plug-in gives you a basic checklist for your page's target KW to make sure you use it in the different parts of the page. Very simple and basic.

I would then come up with a small SEO plan that does one report & charge them for it...

Don't leave money on the table, charge them a flat rate per report & when they have a bigger budget they will hire you when you have kept in contact with them.

Don't send clients away, today's small client might become tomorrow's large one.
