what sort of backlinking have you being doing to the website? Have you being using PR networks? I think your problem may lie in the sort of linkbuilding you are doing.

Hi Dean,
Thank you so much.
Except those 7 paid directory links (which are now already removed before site got ranks back last time)... every link is from free web and article directories, related forums, blog comments, and social bookmarks. And little bit of classified, press release, and three way links exchange, social network.
The links are not made too many. They are just 1,100 according to SEOMoz link analysis tool.
Thanks a lot once again.

HI Vinod,
3 way linking is bad business, dont do it.
Are you making forum profiles or just linking from forum posts? Building forum profiles is very spammy.
Your blog comments, are they from spammy website and were they done with software or manually?
Are you varying your anchor text?

Sounds to me like you have a built a bad back link catalog and Google have hit you for it.
Comment spamming and free article directories are not good links, try to build better quality back links and see if your rank improves.
Perhaps guest posting on other blogs in your niche if you are stuck for link building ideas.

Hi Keith,
Thank you for your reply.
It can be little of comment spamming, but article syndication was not spammy. We wrote articles our own having fantastic idea in it, and submitted to quality article directories only.
I'll definitely start doing guest posting on other blogs. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks again dean.
I was not having better word.. so I used 3 way linking. Actually it was... A--->B and C<---D. So completely one way but made with the help of dealing with other guy, give link and take link.
Blog comments and everything else is 100% manual with my working way. Blogs and forums we picked are good quality in industry.
Yes, I am varying anchor text this way:
Exact keyword --- 50% - 60%
Exact keyword as a part of anchor --- 20% or so
A part of keyword or spitted keyword as a part of anchor --- 15% or so
No keyword (either exact or spitted or a partial) -- 10% or so
Do you think that my design is culprit? Referring the white board Friday on Panda Algo http://www.seomoz.org/blog/how-googles-panda-update-changed-seo-best-practices-forever-whiteboard-friday

Hi again,
I am looking for other guys to look into this matter. It will be very nice if SEOMoz professionals can figure out the problem.
Thanks in advance.

When I put a 10+ word phrase from your website in quotes and search Google, I'm seeing at least two other sites with the exact same text. I also see that you have some information straight out of Wikipedia. Have you focused much on your content yet?
