i would not worry too much, there is a matt cuts video whee he stats that google does not care about the number of folders deep a url is, but i believe bing does, but I dont believe it is a major factor.

OK it looks like your site uis coldfusion, yet your headers suggest it is asp.net

If you look at the cacheed page in google it looks like some sort of trace page used fopr dubuging, it may be that goolge cloweled your site while you were debuging
