I have a question about converting a flash site to word press
-
We're changing one of our site to word press from flash and the old site had no content, so everything is going to be different. Should we try to match the page names and small amount of content and large amount of meta tags for now and slowly change them, or is it alright to change everything right now? The site has good ranking and I don't want to mess it up.

If it is possible to match the page names then do so. As for the content, I wouldn't have an issue with adding all of your new content at once. Your meta description tags won't have a direct affect on your rankings so you can change those if you'd like, or you can leave them the same. As for your meta keywords tag, I don't use it. It doesn't affect you search rankings and, in my opinion, only helps your competitors figure out which keywords you are targeting.

I'm with Brandon. I would try to match the URLs/pages where I could. But other than that if you're coming from a heavy Flash site you're likely to be doing a great service just by uploading the new site. Where you can't match the pages, make sure you implement 301 redirects to the new, similar content.
You can good list of your current pages/URLs, as well as meta information with the Screaming Frog Spyder:

This way you can plan out your redirect/rewrite/conversion strategy before you have to implement it.
