AdWords and partner(Display network) can not improve SEO ... but proponents of conspiracy theory of google
say that it can

What exactly do you mean?
There is a lot examples when website has successful adwords campaign for years and zero from organic.
Improving seo, on the other hand, can decrease your CPC.

Some people believe that repetition is one of the secrets to advertising. Show the potential customer your brand name again and again.
So if you show them your brand in the Adwords above the SERPs the likelyhood of you getting the click might increase in the organic listings. That is the theory and I think that it is often true.
Now... if you are really serious about running your competitors out of town you should be bidding strongly enough for your ad to rank above the SERPs. And, even if you rank #1 and #2 in the organic SERPs you keep your adwords running just to keep your competitor from snagging a sale.
If your ad is up there then your competitor's ain't.

Hi Egol,
I think that the question was: "if you pay google for PPC is that has influence on treating you by google in SEO" , maybe questioner - Daytona Hotels will clarify the question.
But in general I agree with you - one condition - big budget. In other cases I rather prefer run AdWords for keywords with very strong competition, where SEO cost few times more. I don't know what are the average CPC is in US but in Poland for many keywords it is still good strategy.

Thank you Marek.
"if you pay google for PPC is that has influence on treating you by google in SEO"
Some people will say that Google favors PPC advertisers in the SERPs to reward them and some people say google demotes PPC advertisers to make them spend more.
I don't think that the organic algo has any input from PPC nor does PPC algo have any imput from organic.
For a long time my sites have been #1 or #2 or #3 in the organic SERPs and I bid on the best keywords with Adwords. I turn adwords off when I go on vacation, turn it off when we are working on important projects - just to limit the amount of retail work. I have never seen my organic rankings change. Ads have gone on and off for several months at a time. No change.

Totally Not true, PPC does not influence SEO, that's a conflict of interest and according to
Matt Cutts of Google ( Head of Webspam Team), Google PPC and Google search are two different groups within Google and I think they are in different buildings too.
But SERP and PPC can improve brand image, and improve PPC CTR , this proven fact from PPC gurus who have enough data to validate this. If need more info this or the PPC Guru let me know.

By the way, I have seen a jump from page 2 to page 1 just after stopping my cpc campaign. I dont know if its related to that, but the next day i switched off the cpc, i got from place 11 to 9.
