What are the best SEO Auditors/Crawlers?

I'm looking for free or paid, web-based or desktop. I'm doing a thorough comparison between them all. So far here's my list:

Alexa Site Audit

Screaming Frog

SEOMoz

SpyderMate

Optify

Web Site Grader

WooRank

Xenu's Link Sleuth

Any other great ones missing from my list?

Wow, no, those are the best ones that I'm aware of.

There's another one called Traffic Travis that I've tested in the past, but there wasn't any useful data provided that I couldn't get from another tool, and they're a bit heavy handed on getting you to upgrade to their paid version. That said, it is positioned as a full-featured tool. It seems to do more with traffic & keyword analysis but it does have some onpage functionality.

WebCEO is one I have seen show up, but I know little about it.

If you're including more basic ones (the kind you'd pull up during a phone call with a new prospect), I believe AboutUs.org's business model is related to providing at-a-glance SEO audits.

The folks at Koozai offer a free iPhone app (SiteAnalyser) that is handy on the go, but this is also an at-a-glance tool.

For site crawlers, I would suggest the top 3 are Xenu's Link Sleuth, Screaming Frog and SEOmoz. A quick breakdown:

Link Sleuth is the oldest of them and is very solid. It is also free. It has an old interface which is more difficult to work with for most users.

Screaming Frog is the newest of these crawlers. It's great. I purchased the software and have been very happy with it. The support is excellent as well.

SEOMoz crawler is quite useful but has some challenges. I would rate Screaming Frog as better BUT the SEOmoz crawler is undergoing testing and development so we'll have to see what the future brings. I expect at some point in 2012 for the SEOmoz crawler to become the latest/greatest crawler.

If you were going to choose a crawler today, I would recommend going green...with the Frog.
