How long does opensiteexplorer take to generate exportable reports

I tried exporting a few reports out of opensiteexplorer. They have been pending for more than 36 hours. Progress bar appears to be stuck. Is this normal? How long does it take to get the reports generated?

It's not supposed to be nearly that long. We've had a couple of glitches with it recently. Your best bet is to email help@seomoz.org, which opens a ticket with the help desk and they can get things fixed for you. I'm so sorry you've had a problem.

Thank you for letting me know. It seems the reports finally got done some time today.

We do have the same problem right now. We have about 100 reports pending at the moment. Which is a big problem because we need to work with the data urgently
