This is specifically for reviews for web hosting or VOIP services. Very technical. Where should I look for sites to get backlinks from?

Links from anything to do with that field.

- Suppliers
- Tech Blogs
I would actually start following some of the major companies on Twitter, and see who or what they link out to. Hopefully they start following you!
