Can you track the same keywords across multiple campaigns?

I have a few clients in similar industries across the country and I'm wondering if it's possible to track the same keywords (for instance, air conditioner repair, faucet replacement) across more than one campaign, or if I'll had to reupload the same keyword list for each one.

Haha, vastly different service areas so no worries

The reason I want to use the same keywords is because I want to test out not including cities in my tracked KWs to see if this makes to On-Page reports more relevant - I'm getting a lot of Fs because I don't like to use [keywordphrase + city] as an exact match when i write copy.

Anyone got any suggestions?
