External Anchor text page to target?

I have onpage optimised 4 pages on my website

example.com/services/chosenkeyword-1

example.com/services/chosenkeyword-2

example.com/services/chosenkeyword-3

example.com/services/chosenkeyword-4

Should I built links with various anchor text to my home page or the exact internal page as above?

I would try to get links to the most relevant page on your site.

For the given keyword, you want the relevant page to rank highly, not just the home page. Remember that rankings are based on both domain authority and page authority.

Links to the page with good anchor text will help search engines determine the relevancy of the page as well as the popularity (number of links)

When it comes to trying to get the links, may find it easier asking people to link to a relevant page than just the home page. The "What's in it for me and visitors to my sight" may be more obvious.

Linking to the most relevant page should also help up any humans following the link too!
