Hi there,
What do you plan to achieve by doing each of these things/what's your overall goals? Will you be submitting duplicate content to all these other sites or will it be quality unique content?
cheers.

Well the overall plan is to build a network around our primary website, help with our authority, inbound links, keyword ranking.
Our main site is kinda corporate and we think this way we can be a bit more relaxed / creative.
Tumblr - mainly used for sharing graphic design images, short post about design and link back to our graphic design page & link to client site. (mostly visual stuff). - the angle 'our social posts'
Wordpress - used as a web design blog where we write about web design and reference some of some of our work in our main blog.
Blogger - used for writing about industry design and web related topics. We will also build up some authority with this site by sharing other people content on of blogger page.
weebly - undecided, just a suggestion.
Content on each network will be unique.
Plus having this network allows us to share our main onsite blog posts to each network. Facebook, Twitter, G+, Linkedin, Tumblr, Blogger, delicious etc etc.
Your thoughts are welcomed.

I'd be really cautious about making yourself look spammy by putting too much of your duplicate content out there. Instead, I'd focus on doing great in the social places where your customers are based. You said you're going to registar 150 (this seems excessive), but not use them. In order to get good social signals, you actually have to build content and groom your accounts. Who wants to follow someone on social media who basically has a dead account?
