How do you feel about article directories?
-
Hello, I am a beginner in SEO and I have been reading a lot recently about article directories and article marketing. I have already started writing for article directories, ezinearticles particularly, but I still have mix feelings about it: does it really worth spending some time to write unique articles and to submit them to directories? How does Google feel about it? What do you think about small linkwheel strategies to give some weight to the content you create?

Have a gander at these:

If I remember correctly they should give you a good idea about articles etc.
I'd concentrate on creating great articles for your own site, which will attract links.

I have to agree with lavellester. Make sure you look at the links he provided. Given that you are new at SEO and are reading that is good. With article directories you will also see a lot on spinning software, etc. and, yes, it does what they say it will. Just to assist you, that is another one you need to just pass on.
If content writing is not your strong suit, hire it done and concentrate on the more technical. There are a ton of ways to find good content writers and it will ultimately be cheaper than the shortcuts.

I am agree with Lavellester and Robert. But, Guest blogging is quite hard for product selling website. If we are talking about SEO or any associated subject so, we have too many platform to get it done. But, for product related or online retailers ... mesh up mind with this stuff. What you think about it?
