How do you find good quality backlinks for your website?

The juicylinks tool doesn't seem to be available anymore and the Linkfinder tool http://www.seomoz.org/labs/link-finder/index.php seems too tedious. I am looking for something that just lists highly relevant pages that I should try to get links from that may or may not link to my competitors.

Tedious should be another name for SEO!

Not sure you will find much less tedious than the tools here at SEOMOZ, without having something custom built or building it yourself, but of course there are lots of people here and one may have the "golden ticket"

Just a few suggestions though:

Have you begun with OSE by taking a look at the top competitiors in your niche's backlinks portfolio, so on and so forth?

Have you done searches for your keywords to learn your Niche's landscape?

Do you have a physical location that you can begin gaining citations in local directories such as Yelp and Local.com?

Just a few ideas, I am sure others will have more
